Standards we follow

Built to recognised standards

In developing the site, we have tried to ensure that it adheres to widely recognised standards and best practice for website accessibility. The content of the site has been developed using the latest xhtml, html 5 and CSS and to the accessibility standards set out by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Level A, as a minimum.

Keeping the site up to date

Seeing an out-of-date page?

We monitor and update our website on an ongoing basis to ensure that the information provided is as up to date as possible. We may also add new content and functionality. If you are a regular visitor to our site you may notice changes in the layout or missing images after we have made an update. This is most likely due to the website files stored on your computer now being out of date.

Web browsers store files like images in a cache to improve performance. Occasionally however the stored files need to be refreshed so that they match a newer version of the website. To refresh the data you should only have to reload the page you are currently on once or twice and the web browser should automatically refresh its cache. If this doesn't work, you can clear your browser's cache manually.
